DC Tuesday: National Portrait Gallery

It was raining last Friday, so I decided to postpone my weekly trek into the District until the sun came out. (It's the San Diego in me.) And as you can see, it was lovely outside! Figures I would spend a nice, sunny day indoors, but I had been dying to visit the National Portrait Gallery since we arrived.
