En Route Travel Day 9: Pittsburgh to Alexandria

Ah, the last day of our road trip! Here's a picture at the start:

The middle (leaving Pennsylvania and entering Maryland):

And towards the end (George Washington Parkway in Northern Virginia):

The reason why there aren't many other pictures is that for most of the drive it was POURING rain! I spent most of the time with both hands gripping the steering wheel (white knuckles and all) praying that I wouldn't hydroplane and wishing that I would have gotten new tires before we left. You-know-who convinced me to wait until we got to Virginia -- last time I listen to him about tires!

Luckily, we made it to NoVA without any problems!
